A new contemporary comedy-drama directed by Caroline Dunphy that celebrates the grit and daring of Australian women.

NORPA presents a Belloo Creative and NORPA co-production

Friday 17 & Saturday 18 August, 2018

$20-49 + booking fee

Theatre, Lismore City Hall

Australia breeds its women tough – and adventurous. Intrepid performers Roxanne McDonald and Barbara Lowing get behind the wheel and navigate us into risky terrain, journeying through the heart line of their lives and into the hilarious misadventures of the women who made them who they are today.

Celebrate the grit and daring of women trailblazers with two of our best-loved actors in the rough and tumble of multiple stories and characters.

Rovers comes from the awardwinning Belloo Creative team and is a bold, original work, premiering at NORPA. Woven from true stories and wild machinations, this rigorous and poetic work will resonate with audiences of all ages.

This project is supported by NORPA, Caroline Dunphy is a NORPA associate artist.
This project was supported by Queensland Theatre through the provision of in-kind venues.
